In November 2022, Faculty of Science MU was honoured to host an HR Award workshop co-organised with RMU HR Department on How to prepare for the HRS4R Interim Assessment.
The trainers were Giuliana Sabbatini, an experienced European Commission Lead Assessor for the HR Excellence in Research Award, who came to us from Vienna, and Barbora Wahlová, HR Manager at the Faculty of Science MU and EC Assessor for the HR Excellence in Research Award.
We welcomed colleagues from MU faculties who are approaching the important milestone of the HR Award project, i.e. the self-assessment of the implementation of the HR Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) after 2 years or Interim Assessment. The Faculty of Science successfully passed this milestone and was confirmed by the European Commission in February 2021 and was thus able to offer the workshop participants its practical experience from the HRS4R implementation in addition to recommendations from the role of the European Commission Assessor.
